Are the ceramics food safe?

Yes! All of our handmade ceramics are food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe. However, for best care, we recommend hand washing.

Can I put the ceramics on the stove or in the oven?

No. Our pieces should not be placed on direct flame, stovetops, or in the oven. They may crack due to high, uneven heat.

Do the pieces all look exactly the same?

Not at all - and that's the beauty of handmade work! Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in color, shape, or design. We celebrate these small differences.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged?
